What is cPanel and do I get full access to it?
cPanel is the industry-standard hosting control panel. Every HostMeOnline plan includes full cPanel access for managing your files, databases, email accounts, and more. You can log in to cPanel with one click from your dashboard.
How quickly will my account be ready?
Once your first invoice is paid, your cPanel hosting account is provisioned automatically — usually within a minute — and you can log in straight away.
Do plans include a free SSL certificate?
Yes, every plan includes a free SSL certificate so your site can be served securely over HTTPS.
Which currency am I billed in?
All plans are priced and invoiced in Indian Rupees (₹). Your invoices clearly show the exact amount due in rupees.
How does billing work?
When you subscribe to a plan, an invoice is created for the first payment. Once paid, your hosting account is provisioned automatically. Going forward, a new invoice is generated a few days before each renewal, and your account stays active as long as invoices are paid.
What happens if I miss a payment?
We'll send reminder emails for any unpaid invoice. If an invoice remains unpaid past the grace period, your hosting account is temporarily suspended until payment is received — your files and data are not deleted.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes. From your dashboard, go to Subscriptions and choose "Change Plan" on any active subscription. Your cPanel hosting package updates automatically — no downtime, no manual steps. The new price applies from your next billing cycle.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely — there are no long-term contracts. You can simply stop renewing whenever you choose.
