These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of hosting services provided by HostMeOnline ("we", "us", "our"). By subscribing to a plan, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts & Subscriptions
Hosting accounts are provisioned once the first invoice for a subscription is paid. Subscriptions renew on a recurring basis according to the plan's billing cycle, and an invoice is issued ahead of each renewal.
Payment & Suspension
You are responsible for paying invoices by their due date. If an invoice remains unpaid beyond the grace period stated at checkout, we may suspend the associated hosting account until payment is received. Suspension does not delete your data.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our hosting services for unlawful content, to distribute malware, or to engage in activity that disrupts other customers or the hosting infrastructure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
