This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for products or services purchased from our website, https://www.hostmeonline.in.


1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to manual approval by our Accounts Team. Requests for refunds must meet the following criteria to be eligible:

  • Refund Request Period: Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the purchase date for pre-built software products. Requests received after this period will not be eligible.
  • Custom or Tailored Services: Refunds are not available for custom or tailored software solutions under any circumstances, as these are specifically developed based on client requirements.

2. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Support team at help@hostmeonline.in with your order details, including the purchase date, product or service name, and the reason for the refund request.
  • Your request will then be forwarded to our Accounts Team for evaluation.

3. Manual Approval by Accounts Team

All refund requests undergo a review process by our Accounts Team. Approval is discretionary and may be granted based on the circumstances presented. Host Me Online reserves the right to refuse any refund request if it does not meet the eligibility requirements or if there is insufficient justification.


4. Notification of Refund Decision

After reviewing your refund request, our Accounts Team will notify you via email of the decision. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and will be issued back to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Custom or Tailored Software Services: Due to the personalized nature of some services, they are non-refundable.
  • Failure to Meet Eligibility Criteria: Refund requests not submitted within the specified time period or lacking adequate reason will not be eligible for review.
